1. How long does delivery take?

We deliver within 1 to 3 business days anywhere in Sharjah, UAE.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! You can pay only when the product is delivered to your doorstep.

3. Do you deliver outside Sharjah?

Currently, we deliver only within Sharjah.

4. What are your delivery hours?

Our deliveries are made daily between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

5. How much is the shipping charge?

Shipping charges depend on your exact location in Sharjah and will be clearly shown at checkout.

6. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, you can return or exchange within 3 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

7. Which items are non-returnable?

Items like personal care products or perishable goods cannot be returned.

8. How do I start a return or exchange?

9. How long does a refund take?

COD refunds can take up to 7 days and are processed as store credit or original payment method (if prepaid).
